About Bhutanghat
Bhutanghat is the point where the Raidak river enters India from Bhutan, at the far eastern edge of Buxa Tiger Reserve. A colonial-era bungalow, dense forest and an almost complete absence of visitors define the place.
It is one of the most peaceful riverside spots in the Dooars, and a favourite of birders and photographers who want space to themselves.
