About Lataguri
Lataguri is the main entry point to Gorumara National Park, a roadside town on NH-17 lined with resorts, safari booking counters and the forest department office where jeep permits are issued.
It is the most practical place to stay if wildlife is your priority — most safaris leave from here before sunrise, and Chapramari, Murti and the Chalsa tea gardens are all short drives away.

Why visit
- Forest department safari booking office and permit counter
- Widest range of budget to premium resorts in the Dooars
- Minutes from the Gorumara watchtowers
